There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my 20+ years of experience as a real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.   They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Reputation is what other people know about you. Honor is what you know about yourself.

When I read this quote – it resonated with me. I am not, nor will I ever be a “high pressure” Agent.

Selling your home can be the largest transaction of your life, not to mention all of the emotions surrounding the move from you home.  You can relax knowing that together we have come to the correct price to help your home sell in the shortest amount of time to maximize your equity.   You are my first priority in the transaction.

Buyers are often nervous about being upsold.  Not with me! I want you to be comfortable with your purchase and know that no matter what the number on your pre-approval letter is – it doesn’t dictate the level of service I provide to you.

What is important to me, is helping you find and purchase, a home that works for you whether you want to be there “tomorrow” or “whenever” – you set the pace.

I love this job and can’t imagine doing anything else.
